As President and CEO for Systran, David is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company, as well as supporting its leaders and employees to deliver technical services and training programs that help our industrial customers achieve their business objectives. David started at Systran in 1992 as an e-learning specialist, gained further experience as a training developer and project manager before becoming CEO. David’s specialties include Process Safety Management compliance, curriculum development, project management, process implementation, business development, and business operations. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
As Director of Plant Services and Manager of Consulting Services, Albert provides extensive on-site consulting support related to the delivery of PSM compliance, technical documentation, and custom training solutions. Albert’s focus includes project management, work process and continuous improvement, and business development. Albert’s 30 years of refining industry experience includes field, console and leadership responsibilities in unit operations. Albert brings more than 10 years of experience in the management of employee development and regulatory compliance programs. Albert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in HR Management from American Intercontinental University.
As Director of Business Development, Tammy’s responsibilities include strategic planning and program implementation. She brings over 20 years of experience in adult learning theory, client relations, and curriculum development. Since 1999, Tammy has been honing these skills at Systran to assist industrial clients identify technical services and training programs that will achieve their business objectives. Over her tenure at Systran, she has worn many hats giving her a unique outlook and understanding into our clients’ needs and development processes. This helps Tammy quickly and accurately develop the proper planning and program implementation. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
