Train-the-Trainer is designed for the trainer that is new to the training role and is responsible for creating or revising training content and tests. It also covers the delivery small group and classroom training.

Train-the-Assessor develops trainers, supervisors, and senior team members to determine if employees can successfully perform their job duties. The course teaches participants about planning an assessment, conducting one and judging the results, and communicating the results.

The Knowledge Assessment Workshop is aimed at trainers and subject matter experts who are responsible for creating assessments to measure employee comprehension of critical information. Participants learn best practices for developing effective test questions, while avoiding common pitfalls.

Train-the-Mentor focuses on members of the team who have been designated as mentors for new or less experienced team members. This course teaches mentor’s how to successfully transfer their knowledge and experience performing work tasks.

Train-the-Mentor and Train-the-Trainer are three day courses. The Train-the-Assessor and Knowledge Assessment Workshop are two-day courses.

We can run any of these courses with as little as 4 participants and as many as 12.

 

The courses are taught in an interactive format where information is presented, Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions. Practical exercises are sprinkled throughout the lesson to enable participants to practice and use their newly acquired knowledge and skills.

The final lesson brings together all the concepts learned during the course with a practical exercise and demonstration. Participants will create the content and demonstrate conducting activities. The class participant’s provide feedback on each demonstration.
